Scalp & hair loss problem - is this seborrheic dermatitis?

I am 25 years old, im facing hair loss problem around 2 years ago.

I tried a lot of method to recover my hair growth but it just doesn't work. Recently, i comes to something called "seborrheic dermatitis" that can cause hair loss.
Below is my conditions (it also happens around 2 years ago, at the moment i started to notice hair loss):
1. itchy scalp
2. scalp feel tight
3. scalp looks "red" compare to normal skin color
4. there are lot of acne growth, but not severe
5. when i touch my scalp, it feel hot (no longer call warm).
6. i can see alot of drandruff
7. i notice that my hair is not strong, when i try to dry my hair with towel, i can see a lot of hair fall.

Is this the symptom of seborrheic dermatitis? is seborrheic can cause hair lost? i can see my the hair regrowth so far, but they are very thin.

I have a problem with my scalp/hair that has been going on for almost two years.
I am losing hair and it is thinning at: my front hairline and on the top/crown only.  My scalp in these areas becomes: very oily, appears pink in color and itches uncontrollably at times.  The hair that falls out is always from these areas as well and contain a small sebum plug on the hair follicle. Other times where the area itches I find yellowish sebum plugs right where it itches. I also have several rud bumps on my scalp in this same area as well.
What is going on and how do I stop it?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Seborrehic dermatitis or adult cradle cap can present like dandruff but other causes like dandruff, folliculitis of the scalp, fungal infections, alopecia aereata, hormonal imbalance (overproduction of dihydrotestosterone and thyroid hormones irregularities),malnutrition, telogen effluvium and sebum plugs on skin also need to be ruled out one by one.
Diagnosis is by clinical examination of the scalp as well as a KOH examination of the scalp skin scrapings and skin lesion biopsy with microscopic examination.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
