Scalp Sore Please Help!!

Hello, I have scalp sores, they look like tiny scabs. They are little red bumps with scabs, they often bleed and itch a lot. I have had them since i was 16. Im 21 now, i started to get them after i used RID for head lice. Sometimes when i run my finger through my hair they break open but dont always bleed. Some kind of clear ooze comes out. I also have dandruff so i use head & shoulders.  Does head lice cause this?

What could this possibly be and what can i use on my scalp to heal it?

There could be several causes for your symptoms including infection of the hair shafts (folliculitis); allergic reactions; contact dermatitis; viral infections; acne; excessive itching secondary to lice infestation - which is prone to superadded infection too, etc.

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.

It would be best to consult a skin specialist for a proper clinical examination to find out the correct diagnosis and cause of your symptoms.
