Scalp problems

For as long as I can remember, I have had scalp problems. I have large bumps under my hair that you can feel and scrach off which resemble dry pus almost. When dont shower for a night my scalp goes insane, red and itchy. I have seen several dermotologists who diagnosed me with oily dandruff yet none of their recommended medicated shampoos seem to work. Can anyone help me?

It looks like seborrehic dermatitis and a short course of elocon lotion applied daily for 10 days might help.Do consult your doc.
