Scalph fungus & hair loss

I have been having scalph problems for over six years now, I have gone to the dermotologist the bumps and sores went away but ever now and then one or two black heads bump will pop up on my scalph, and my hair is taking a long time to grow back, it look like my scalph has damage skin on it. I went totally bald in the middle of my hair from itching and pus bumps, I was unable to get the right treatment at the time it occur because i was pregnant, after having the baby i got treated, but now i'm having problems growing a protion of my hair back. And whenever i put grease on the middle spot where the fungus was i get a slight itch and a black head bump comes up. I put lamisil spray on it and it goes away. But i am realy tired of my hair being thin in the middle. What can I use or do to rid the problem?
