Scaring after mole removal

I recently had a mole removed on my chest area, I now have a scar tissue that is red and itchy( kinda looks like a blister.) The size of the mole about the size of a pencil eraser and the scar is twice as big.I'm not sure if this is normal and if not what do I do?
