Scars on Penis

I've had these scars for most of my life. When I discovered masterbating (masturbating) around the age of 14, that is where the problem started. I masterbated furiously one day with soap and water. I stopped because I noticed that I was tearing the skin on the underside of the shaft just below the head. After the scabs healed I was left with two small white scars. One is smaller and flat, the other is a little larger and raised. The larger one is like a small bump. Overtime the skin on the larger one grows and hardens. I normally remove the skin with my fingernails, but a few weeks later it grows back. They are small but noticeable. I've been reluctant to seek professional advice about this because frankly I am a little embarassed about them. Some women that I have been intimate with have even noticed them. What can I do to get rid of them?

Small cysts can occur on that area normally, or they can appear in scarred areas.  Either way they mean nothing.  I suggest you show them to a dermatologist who can first of all confirm what they are and second, remove them if it's simple to do so.  If it's not, I suggest you ignore them.  No sense in ebbing embarrassed by a normal variant, or self-conscious with a partner, once you know what they are.
