Scented face lotion everyday safe??

Hi, I'm fair skinned and I use a scented facial lotion by Dove twice a day, every single day.  Is this safe to use? Is it going to have any long term skin damage?  Thanks!

Hi,

Glad the post was of some help to you.

These fine lines could be wrinkles, or you could be true in your assumption about the lotion being too harsh for your skin.

Use calamine lotion and see if it helps. Use a medicated sunscreen and try to avoid sun exposure as much as possible.

Let us know about how you are doing and if you need any other information.

Post us about what your doctor advises.

Regards.

Thanks very much for your respone!  There has been no immediate serious side effects, but lately I've noticed that the skin on my cheeks looks kind of rough and I've noticed some lines on my face in certain light.  My face looks like it's kind of in sections instead of just smooth if that makes any sense at all.  I figured that the face lotion could be sort of harsh on my skin or something,  Could be all in my head too!

Thanks so much in advance for your response and I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi,

Nothing ca be said with surety about any cosmetic skin care products due to the chemicals/ ingredients used by the manufacturer being not very well disclosed.

Just see that you should not be allergic to any of its constituents and also it is fine if you have had no problems with it so far.

Have you noticed any symptoms lately that might have prompted you to ask these questions.

Let us know if you need any other information.
