Scrotum cysts

This discussion is related to white blister/pimple on scrotum.
I am STD tested regularly and have never had an STD. Last time I went for a test, I showed my doctor what looked like an ingrown hair, pimple, white wart, cyst. This was confirmed by the doctor. He tried freezing them and said they would disappear, dry out, fall off within a week and that didn't happen. What other methods are there for removing these? I'd rather not sit in a waiting room at the free clinic for 4 hours. I am extremely self conscious about these when I am with a girl for fear of her thinking I have an STD. How else can they remove these?
