A week ago my scrotum started to get extremely red and itch alot.
I finally reduced the itch by applying moisturising handHand or foot spasms Hand tremor cream (the scrotum skin is still red, but it feels like the problem is going away).
It is not an STD (or if it is, it wasn't sexually transmited), but it might be a symptom of:
- shaving with the same razor
- talcum powder i've used to try to calm down the itch (perhaps I'm allergic)
You need to wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites.
Apply calamineCalamine Calamine plain Calamine topical Calamine-phenol lotion at the site of the lesions and see if it helps. You could take some oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine. You need to maintain a good personal hygiene .
It would be advisable to consult a skin specialist for your symptoms and a proper clinical examination.
