Scrotum redness and burning sensation

I wore another person's underwear. After wearing his underwear, I began to develop some redness and bumps on my scrotum. It did not itch much but it produces a burning sensation. I took a bath after I had this kind of feeling. I use ordinary soap. The next day, my skin on my scrotum started to peel. Too much peeling. After that the burning sensation subsides. the penis head also shed some skin but not that much. After that, the scrotum had an uneven skin tone. For both left and right develop a red part and the other parts are darker. It just happened for only two days. It did not develop any scar or something. When I looked at it, the skin is like healthy again. I am just worried if there is some kind of a virus that attacked me. btw, i;m still virgin

It can be due to dermatitis skin. The other possibility is of fungal infection if it starts itching. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Taking oral antihistaminics like Benadryl is also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
