Sebboreic Dermatitis

Sebboreic Dermatitis

Ive read many interesting threads here about SD and I would like to hear from as many people as possible on what works best for you.

I have red flaky skin on the sides of my nose, under the eyes.. I have what looks like cradle cap on the side and back of my head.  I have flaky skin in my ears.

Currently I am not taking any treatment, I simply wash the flaky skin away at night and hope most of the redness is gone by morning... on days where it really acts up, I just stay in my room.

Im looking for anything that will reduce or help eliminate the redness and obviously the least amount of flake would be best. As bad as it is now, anything to help even just improve it, even if only temporary, a few weeks/months would be great.

I fear I have Aids/Hiv so I dont expect to live that much longer... Id hate to live out the rest of my days with a rashy red face.

If any treatment are given by posters, please include names of creams and where I can get them.. Anything over the counter is best.

Thanks in advice to anybody that replies.
