Seborrhea on my glans(glands) but need a second opinion, Yeast Infection?

Seborrhea on my glans(glands) but need a second opinion, Yeast Infection?

Shortly after recovering from Molluscum, About 18 months ago I noticed a redness on my glans (glands) and it has worsened continuously over time. Over those months I have been checked for all STDs and have seen numerous doctors have prescribed antifungal and steroid creams, doctors believed it was balanitus or an allergic reaction.
I am uncircumcised and my glans (glands) has changed dramatically in the last 18 months from being smooth to being very bumpy with red spots especially visibal when erect .  It is very unsightly and it has killed my self confidence and sex life. It is also hard to show my problem to a doctor because the rash seems to appear almost only when I have an erection.

I finally got in to see a dermatologist a few months ago.  It turns out that I have Seborrheic Dermatitis on my scalp, nose and apparently that is also to blame for what happened to my penis but I am not 100% convinced it is SD.
I have been prescribed Elidel cream twice a day with no positive results so far. When flaccid my glans (glands) appears normal but as soon as an erection happens bumps appear that look like herpes or warts. When I’m flaccid and my foreskin is retracted it seems like there is less redness and that it is not oily on my glans (glands)
My questions are:

• Is it possible that my glans (glands) looks bumpy and wrinkled because of a yeast infection istead of Seborrehea
• If the culprit is SD will it be beneficial to become circumcised , the problem appears to be getting worse and when my foreskin is retracted more often it seems to flare up less.
• In highschool  I had a gutate psoriasis outbreak. Could this be another form of psoriasis?

I have attached a few links to with close up to show the symptoms,

Any insight would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but form your symptoms even atopic dermatis need to be ruled out. It can be seborrheic dermatitis but a biopsy skin may help in confirming the diagnosis. the most common symptoms of atopic dermatitis are dry, itchy, red skin and seborrheic dermatitis causes flaky, dry, white to yellowish scales to form on oily areas.

My sincere advice is to get a biopsy skin done from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Thanks for your response.

Do you think that circumcision would help to reduce flare ups and inflammation.

Does anyone have a similar situation or advice, out of all the creams so far I have calomine lotion to be the most effective as it keeps the area dry.
