Sensitive & raw feeling on penis head

Hi there , had unprotected intercourse with girlfriend 2 weeks ago , right after felt a very sensitive & raw on head of penis , no bumps no redness no sores or anything visible , every-time my underwear rubbed against it would get uncomfortable raw , it s been 2 weeks now , and the sensitive area s been diminished , what is it ? was tested last month for everything and was clear , can it be fungus or reaction maybe to a yeast infection from partner ? tks for any infos

It sounds like chaffing or rash due to friction rub. Chafing is a continuous rubbing of the skin that causes redness or soreness.

Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing – either against other skin or against a foreign material.
