Sensitivity combined with bumps around head of penis

I am a 30 years old man, my problem with my penis started a 1.5 years ago, however, the problem mainly is extra sensitivity on the head of the penis, and in general, the skin is a little bit raised on one spot on the head. this problem initially started after a visit to a urology whom described Vanos (not safe on penis)  to be used on the area to treat some rashes, currently the sensitivity  not the only issue with my penis also around the penis there are minor stretch marks associated with tearing sensation. right now my doctor described Aczone as anti-inflammatory. So, is Aczone is safe to be used on penis area???

Aczone is primarily used for acne. It can cause redness, dryness and peeling. For the  delicate skin of penis, it has to be used under a dermatologist’s guidance.

I have been seen my dermatology now for almost a year, she is fully aware of my case, and she is the one whom describe Aczone for me as an anti-inflammatory.
I still don't know what to do.
