Severe pain w/pitting edema from sunburn 96 hours ago

i spent 5 hours in the sun 4 days ago, and applied sunscreen once an hour. I recieved severe sunburn accompainied by shortness of breath w/wheezing, extreme pain, pitting edema and lack of sleep due to pain. I have used ocean potion, ibuprofen every 4 hours and it doesnt seem to be healing and the pain has surely not let up. i am experiencing and irritating sensation in my right foot, almost like the circulation isnt fully functioning due to the edema. i have to make the trip home in 3 days and its not looking like im going to cause it is too painful to drive my car. Is there anything that i could do to help expedite the process or should i consult a physician in the morning?
