Severely atypical compound/lentiginous melanocytic

I have been told different 3 versions of what this path report mean from cancer to questionable to have to be excised.  Can anyone decipher what in the world this is saying?  Have tried looking up everywhere.  Another Dr is actually doing another path on it because they can not determine the end result.
"Sections demonstrate a severely atypical compound/lentiginous melanocytic proliferation characterized by unequal-sized nests of markedly atypical melanocytes by a few nests of melanocytes dispersed in the dermis. Lentiginous growth appears broad and atypical. "Trailing off" at the edges of the lesion is prominent. The lesion appears highly pigmented and shows abundant incontinent melanin pigment.  The lesion is occurring on skin which shows some solar damage, an atypical feature. Pagetoid spread along component, a reassuring feature. Melanocytes along the junction show high greade atypia with pleomorphic hyperchromatic nuclei and moderate amounts of dusty melanized cytoplasm. Melanocytes extend to a peripheral margin in some sections.
