I have been told different 3 versions of what this path report mean from cancer to questionable to have to be excised. Can anyone decipher what in the world this is saying? Have tried looking up everywhere. Another Dr is actually doing another path on it because they can not determine the end result.

feature. Pagetoid spread along component, a reassuring feature. Melanocytes along the junction show high greade atypia with pleomorphic hyperchromatic nuclei and moderate amounts of dusty melanized cytoplasm. Melanocytes extend to a peripheral margin in some sections.
