Shingles???

I'm a 23 year old female. 2 years ago ago, I noticed a small, nickle sized cluster of tiny little bumps on my right ankle that started out just itchy and then grew to be painful. They flared up and then after a few days, just went away. Several months later, I noticed the same exact thing except on the top of my left buttock, almost near the small of my back. Same thing.. after a few days, it went away. Again, a few months later, the ones on my ankle appeared again in the same form, and in the same exact same spot, and then several months after that, the one on my back came back. I have NO clue what's going on here and how and why they keep coming back in the same spots the way they do. I've been all over the internet and I thought maybe it was shingles but I'm not sure if shingles appear again in the same spots like that again. I also read that shingles usually only appear on one side of the body and in my case, my ankle was on the right side and the one on my back was on the left. Also, the clusters didn't form any kind of line, just a small circle. Does anyone have any idea what this could be??! I'm very nervous because I keep reading that shingles is almost always associated with HIV if it appears in a younger person but I'm not even sure if this is shingles. Thanks a ton..
