Shingles?

I believe i was recently infected with hsv-1 and developed a rash that occured all on my face and my ears and when i touch the areas it gets extremely red and it feels like sunburn i think my eyes and ears are infected i havent lost any vision or hearing but my ears feel weird like there plugged its like a heaviness in them when i tried to look up hsv in the ear it always comes up as shingles...so is it likely thats what i have?...will i automatically go deaf? also i get the same rash on my arms it gets red and feels like sunburn and disappears(no blisters) i havent had any blisters its just tiny bumps on my face and ears
