Shiny Glans & Red Patches

Hi

4 months ago i had some kind of bacterial/fungus infection which caused frequent urination & burning sensation and there were small raised red bumps on my glans and also there was very bad smell ( i am not circumsizedd by the way). I went to Dermatologist and they prescribed me antibiotics for 10 days ( i think it was cipra 500) and also suggested to use Ketokanazole shampoo on my glans for 10 days. so after using medication for 10 days, i got better, but my glans became very shiny and wrinkly/cracked, i think its because of the ketokanazole shampoo, but not sure. i had a mild red patch on my glans, which i thought would go away, but it didnt.

After three months, the condition got worse again, i started noticing red patches on my glans and there were small raised bumps (i think they were black in color) on my glans and at the base. I went back to dermatologist and he said it might be some fungal infection/inflammation or possibly seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis. so he prescribed me to use Ketokanazole topical cream for three weeks & the bumps at the base and under my foreskin he said were pearly penile papulae, which are harmless and will be there for life. After three weeks conditions didnt improve, so i went back and he said it might be eczema and not any kind of STD's & the black raised spots on my glans he said were nothing to be worried about and they are normal. Now he prescribed Halog topical cream to be used for 4 days and then use protopic on my glans for 9 weeks.

I am worried sick, the red patches are not going away and the raised bumps too. please help me.
one day it looks like everything is clear and improving and the next day the red patches are back and occasionally i have mild pain in my glans for a minute or so. And when i pulled the foreskin back and leave it for 10 mins, it becomes all shiny and cracked.

Did anyone experience this problem?

1) What is this condition? it is really eczema or something else like yeast infection or candida or balanitis? I feel my doctor misdiagnosed, but not sure, i am planning to get it checked and get second opinion. please suggest any cure if you have one.
2) Why does my glans get very shiny & wrinkled/cracked when the foreskin is pulled back?
3) What are the black raised bumps on my glans?
4) What ever the condition is, is that contagious & will i contract to other parts of body?
5) Any side effects using protopic for that long, i read something about it causing gential herpes, is that true?
6) Will any probiotics help me to restore my glans health? if yes, please suggest which ones to take?
7) Taking Apple cider vinegar/garlic/cranberry pills/yogurt with active cultures help in any way?

Sorry for the long post and questions, but i am very worried about this condition and its driving me crazy.

I put all my pics in to a zip/compressed folder and attached it here..if you are not able to see them, then let me know..

Thank you very much for all your help..really appreciate it if you can answer my questions.

Hello, I have more or less the same problem, it has gone on for about 2 years or so. I went to two different doctors, but they said that it is normal.. but it ain't. How is your condition now, any progress or diagnosis? It might be HPV, but that should go away on its own in a couple of years
