Should I be concerned over new mole?

Hi! I am an 18 year old white female, I have pretty fair skin and small moles over my chest, arms and back. I try to stay out of the sun because I burn pretty easy, and I live in Michigan so there isn't much sun to begin with. I use a moisturizer with spf every day, and if I know I will be out in the sun for awhile I use sunscreen all over. I try to check at least once a month to make sure my moles haven't changed or that there are no new ones. A few days ago I noticed that there was a new mole (almost looks like two, see pic) on my neck right at my hairline. I have a ton of hair and so I was kinda surprised to find a mole there. I wanted to see if it is worth getting checked out, because it is new and looks a little different from most of my other moles.

It looks like a small mole. However keep an eye on it. If you notice changes in the mole's/mark’s color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful.
