Should I be concerned

I have an area of concern on my inner left thigh that looks like it is made up of bruise like clusters (brownish colored skin) with small red patched within the middle of the bruise colored patches. I have about 6 patches in total( each patch no larger than a small fingerprint) on my inner thigh. It appears that they heal but a bruise colored spot remains (lighter brown with no red patches)as another one appears in a different but close spot.  I would say that 3 of the spots are almost completly gone and a couple more are in the process of going away while one or two appear to still have the red patches inside the bruised colored area.  I have no pain or ichyness nor are the bruise colored area raised at all.  I went to my doctor and he ran some blood test and all came back excellent.  Honestly it looks It looks like a bruise but all kidney and liver tests came back fine and I have never injured myself in that region of my body.  What do you think this is and what should I do to treat it?  It is more ugly than anything and I don't want this moving down my leg where it will be obvious to everyone.
