Should I be worried about change in appearance of freckles?

Hi, I’ve had a freckle on the palm of my hand for as long as I can remember. About 5 months ago the center of it turned into an open sore and did not heal for about a month. Since it has healed, a darker brown spot is left in the middle. The edges of it are blurred. I also noticed a very small lump under my skin near my hip bone, it feels like a small hard ball under the skin. It has been there for about 3 or 4 months now. One of the freckles on my cheek also has a small scab on it the last couple of days, the freckle feels raised and rough compared to the others close to it. Do you think I have something to be concerned about ?

It may be nothing but moles that change are always recommended to be seen. Things that scab and don't heal or have blurred edges are all on the list to have a doctor look at them. Can you get to a doctor to get checked out?
