Should I be worried about this mole?

Hello,
I had this mole since I was born.
I'm not sure if it has always looked like this but now that I look at it, it looks slightly asymmetric.
I'm leaving for a week, and probably won't be able to see a doctor for 2 weeks.
Should I be worried?

Its on my chest, and i am 21 years old

Thanks a lot.

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough, but it looks like a mole. Melanomas are usually >6 mm in size, with irregular borders ,asymmetrical and dark in color. If you notice changes in the mole's color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have moles checked if they bleed, ooze, itch, appear scaly, or become tender or painful.Otherwise they should be left as such.

Hope it helps .Take care and pls do keep us posted in case you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
