Side Effects of AHA+BHA?

I'm using the Neutrogena Pore Refining Toner AHA&BHA Formula.
1. After i use it, my skin become dry and tight. After few hours my T-Zone is super-oily and my cheeks oily too! (normally my cheeks never oily) Could it possible so oily due to the dehydrated skin? I heard that skin will overproduce oil to protect dehydrated skin.
2. My face have few small red bumps after using this. Could it possible a skin purging? I heard that AHA&BHA brings all the dirty to the surface and causes small red bumps. Is this true?
