Side Effects of Tretinoin 0.025%

Hello,
I have a scar on my face for which my dermatologist recommended Stieva-A Cream 0.025%. I have some questions about the side effects of it,as follows:
Can topically used tretinoin cause hair loss?
Does it cause permanent thinning of the skin?
Does it cause permanent photo-sensitivity to the skin on which it is applied? I.E. Will my scar be permanently prone to repigmenting with sunlight for having used Vitamin A cream?

The reported side effects of Tretinoin cream are dry skin, skin peeling, skin burning, erythema, pain of skin and sunburns. If you notice any of them you should consult your doctor. Apart from that, tretinoin is safe to be sued under a doctor’s supervision.
