Similar problem?

It sounds like I have the same problem described above. However, the irritation seems to run in lines across my penis in about 4 different place; on the scrotum, it looks more like few bug bites in the same place. I have also not engaged in any risky sexual behavior in at least 4 years. My biggest concern is if it a contagious problem. I can't see a doctor until after the weekend, but I don't want to run the risk of sharing this problem with my wife.
