I bleached my upper lip a few months ago...the spot started drying up and would itch..later the entire area turned black...what cream can I use to remove these scars.Can one use depiwhite by wockhardt or kligmel?

It looks like fixed drug eruption or hyperpigmentation after allergic reaction to the bleach. FDE or fixed drug eruption may fade slowly and so may take a long time to go away. Although they resolve spontaneously but an oral antihistamine (e.g., hydroxyzine) and a topical corticosteroid may be needed. I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.

Please do not use any drug on your own as it may aggravate the condition and cause worsening of symptoms.
