Skin Patches

About a month or so ago, I found this patch on the back of my neck. It didn't itch, and it isn't really red, just a darker pink than my normal skin tone. I didn't think anything of it. Then another one appeared on my back, and from there more popped up. Again, they don't really itch, and they are like a teardrop shape. Well, just today I found one on my cheek. I know that it isn't from dry skin because my face is really oily. I guess my back does itch a little bit, but I've never had anything like this. The patches are barely raised (so not ringworm), more just stand out because they are leathery- not scaly. Any ideas on what it could be or how to solve it?
