Skin Pigmentation on face

I am 17 and i have like these two medium sized circles on my cheekbones that look like bruises. When i rub them it hurts a little, but i know there not bruises. My aunt has skin pigmentation on her face too, but she got them after she got married, turned 40, and had 4 kids. I am not married, am not 40, an i do not have kids, so i don't know why i have them. I have great skin and i barely have any acne so i don't know where these come from. I really do not want to go to the doctor for this. It seems like i have enough problems with my body already. So is there anyway to get rid of this by buying off the counter medicine or cream or location? Anything? Please Help? I am desperate.

It can be due to Trichoepitheliomas or perifollicular fibromas. Trichoepithelialoma is a single lesion or multiple benign tumours (harmless skin growths) arise on the face after puberty and may be yellow, pink, brown or bluish.

To confirm the diagnosis, you need to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get a biopsy skin done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
