Skin Question

I have thick yellow scaly skin on the tips of every finger. At first it started on just on or two fingers and now it's on every finger. I try to pick it off but then my fingers start to bleed. Can someone please tell me what this is?

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to contact dermatitis, fungal infection or psoriasis skin. Psoriasis is a long-term (chronic) skin problem that causes skin cells to grow too quickly, resulting in thick, white, silvery, or red patches of skin. It is thought that psoriasis occurs when the immune system overreacts, causing inflammation and flaking of skin.
To confirm the diagnosis, you need to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
