Skin Rash on Hands red bumpy scaby itchy

Its on the hands and it spreading to the other hand. It is red and bumpy and the person picks at them so they itchy and scaby. It is on the back side of the hand alot of people say its Eczema but does Eczema spread? Can you help me?

You could be allergic to some unknown substance or this could be sweat rash or some infection or even eczema or dermatitis.

Do you have any other associated symptoms?

What work do you do? Are your hands exposed to any chemicals or soaps or detergents etc?

You could wash the area several times daily and apply calamine lotion at the sites. Take oral antihistamine medications like loratadine or cetrizine for your symptoms.

Try to find out the cause of your symptoms or any factors that aggravate the rash. Consult a skin specialist for a clinical examination.
