Skin Rash

I’ve had this rash on my face that’s progressively been getting worse over the last few months, I have seen many doctors regarding this and the have prescribed different ointments ranging from
Hydrocortisone
Daktacort
Fusidic Acid

I woke up this morning to be greeted by this, any ideas?

I have EXACTLY the same thing, but am at the beginning stages of this too!!! Started out just under my nostrils, looks exactly like what you have. Doctors have given me the same creams prescribed to you. they seems to work for a few days and then get even worse and spread!!! i now have it under both nostrils, side of lip, side of nose, on chin. what is it???

Hi, thanks for your reply

I’ve been using fusidic acid as prescribed by my doctor, it reduces the redness but doesn’t clear the lumps. It’s at a point now where I can’t shave because I know I will wake up with a worse rash. About a year ago I started to get a rash on both sides of my nostrils, the doctor prescribed hydrocortisone, and this again reduced the redness but didn’t completely clear the rash. After many visits to the doctor and many prescriptions for various creams, a year later I still have this rash.

Admittedly, this is the worst it has been but I am still at a loss for a cure.

Hi and welcome, looks like it might have started out as a razor burn and you have picked at it while sleeping. Have you been wearing any face protection for cold weather or a strap from a riding helmet
