Skin changes on the head of my penis

Im a 19 year old college student and since I came to school in August i have noticed the skin on the head of my penis change a little.  Since early September I noticed that for some reason the skin right at the tip of my penis has become slightly whitish.  Is this typical?  Also the skin on the head of my penis itself is more wrinkly then normal and seems to be more sensitive to contact then it used to be.  There are also some very small bumps on the head that have been there since September.  I got worried about this so because I thought I had a disease or something so I saw my doctor and he told me nothing was wrong, but I figure there has to be something wrong otherwise why would my penis change like this?  Does any of this sound like anything bad?  Do you recommend that I see the doctor again?  Any advice will help, thanks.

This could be - pearly penile papules or fordyce spots. You would need to consult your doctor for a confirmed diagnosis.

'Pearly penile papules are multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans (glands) penis. They typically develop in men aged 20 to 40, and around 10 per cent of all men are affected. They may be mistaken for warts, are not infectious and require no treatment.'

'Fordyce spots are small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the glans (glands), shaft or scrotum and usually affect younger men. They may occur as a solitary lesion, but frequently appear in crops of 50 to 100. They are painless and not itchy, but may cause embarrassment because of their appearance, or a fear that they might be sexually transmitted. '
