Skin colored bumps that do not itch but will not stop popping up

For about 5 years now I have had skin colored bumps on my face. New ones come everyday and if you squeeze them a clear like fluid comes out. I thought it was keratosis pilaris because they are somewhat similar to this but it is just on my face. Ive been to the dermatologist but he wasnt any help. It isnt any kind of acne - it isnt itchy - I never had it before 5 years ago -- I stopped all of my makeup and only use organic products now but nothing seems to work. Im not sure if it is something I am eating or what but why is it just on my face! Hydrocortisone cream seems to help with the inflammation but more still come afterwards. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have searched everything online but nothing seems like it is my problem!

It is due to whiteheads and acne. Cleanse the area thoroughly and apply a good mild exfoliating scrub on that. Apply a medicated cream or gel containing resorcinol, salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. This helps is soaking the oil and helps in peeling away the blackheads.If benzoyl peroxide leaves your skin dry, apply an oil-free moisturizer after 10 mins of applying benzoyl peroxide.

If the symptoms still persist then please consult a dermatologist and get cysts ruled out.
