Skin disease - Keratosis Pilaris?

For around the past 5 years I've had these bumps. Ever since I was 10 years old I noticed that I had red bumps on the back of my arms. Back then, It wasn't as noticeable as it is now. It was only limited to the back of my arms. Now, I have them on the top of my arms, top of thighs even starting to show up on my legs and ankles.

These bumps can be popped like a regular zit. I've become obsessed with picking them, because I want them to go away. I really hope its not Keratosis Pilaris. I have pictures in my profile.

Thanks.

Hi

I advise that you don't pick on them. This may only encourage infections and this may worsen the condition. In fact, try to moisturize areas without the excoriations Moisturizing the area may be necessary.

Yes do update us with images. Looking forward to your post.

These bumps looks like whiteheads. The same kind of stuff that comes out of these bumps, comes out of pimples on your face.

The look exactly like pimples, they are NOT itchy, they ARE rough.

They are so close together and so many its like if I pick one I pick another.

Nothing really relieves it. It's always there.

I don't think its a rash seeing how its been 5 years that I have had it and It hasn't cleared up at all. It has even spread to my thighs and bottom legs.

I'll try to post photos of it when they are healed up lol.

Looks irritated atm because I just one day picked almost all.

Hi

How would you describe these bumps?

Do they present with pus almost like a pimple?

What relieves the bumps and what aggravates them?

Are they itchy, rough or scaly?

This may be contact or irritant dermatitis. Although at this point keratosis pilaris is also a differential. Dermatitis presents with a  reddish rash that may be itchy with less well defined borders. The rash may be triggered by certain allergens such as chemicals ,weather and food. Does this apply in your case?
