Hello,

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to tinea versicolor, vitiligo, eczema or lichen sclerosis.

Tinea versicolor is caused by a fungus that lives in the skin of almost all adults. Factors that can cause the fungus to become more visible include high humidity and immune or hormone abnormalities.
Vitiligo is a pigmentation disorder in which melanocytes (the cells that make pigment) in the skin are destroyed. As a result, white patches appear on the skin in different parts of the body.Eczema causes dry red patches with white flakiness.

Lichen sclerosus is an uncommon disease of unknown cause that results in white patches on the skin, which may cause scarring, preferentually on and around genital skin.
Treatment is different for all.So I feel that an evaluation by a dermatologist will help in confirming a diagnosis.

Till then keep the area clean, wear lose comfortable clothes to avoid sweating, use a powder to keep the area dry  and use calamine lotion or mild steroid cream at the sites. Oral antihistamine medications will also help in reducing itchiness.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional doubts.
