Skin fungus

I get a type of fungus off and on.  I have been to a dermatologist for this twice before.  Both times the doctor said that it was a spore in the air that I am allergic to and both times the Dr. prescribed a skin lotion call Excel that I had to sleep in.  I can't even find this medicine at the pharmacy anymore.  Also, my allergist said that the medication was just a really strong Selsen Blue.  The skin rash is little round circles that are a lighter color than the rest of my skin.  They only itch occasionally but they are very ugly and I need to get rid of them before I get married so you can't see them in my dress.  Please help!
