Skin infection

For the past year I have been breaking out on my face with little tiny pimples. It makes my face look terrible! I have gone to a dermatolotist twice about it and he put me on antibiotics both times, telling me I have infection in my face. The antibiotics do stop me from breaking out. However, the antibiotics are now bothering my stomach pretty bad. I also have diabetes. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks!
