Skin itching/rashes

I have two problems, and do not know whether they are related.
1. the skin at my back and front often feel itchy, and after scratching even very gentle, the scratched part of skin will turn red quickly and swollen for about 10 minutes then the red and swallow disappear. I do not remember that my skin was this sensitive before.
2. recently, several places of my face can turn darker color, like red rashes at the size of a quarter. I can also feel a bit warm sensation at those places. When none of these happens, those parts of my face look normal. I also notice that more and more places on my face have this problem.
Do not know whether these are normal, or some kind of skin infections, or the indication of deeper more serious problems

This could be allergic reactions to unknown substances, skin hypersensitivity, eczema, dermatitis or sun rash.
Do you notice the lesions trigerred in response to a specific stimulus like sun exposure? Do you have dandruff?
You should try to keep the area dry and clean. Try some powder to absorb the sweat.
Apply calamine lotion at the site and take some oral antihistamine medications for your complaints.
Avoid sun exposure and use a medicated sun screen whenever you go out.
If the symptoms are still persistent, consult your dermatologist and get a proper clinical evaluation done.
