Skin lesions and bumps on arm(s)

   For years now i have had these lesions grow on my arms, pretty much on my shoulder and biceps, just reaching my forearms. I was very badly burned by the sun 10 years ago and after that these things appeared.
   Could someone tell me;
1) What they are, what is this condition called, what could possibly cause this.
2) How can this go away.
  I have had dermatologists in Greece tell me "it's nothing" which is the most infuriating thing i have ever heard. 10 years.

Thanks

   This begun after a severe sunburn (it affected everything from my waist to my neck but not my lower body or face), but after that my arms rarely if ever are exposed to direct sunlight. No other such incident occured. This has made no difference. Also exposure to sunlight of my face or hands, has not caused any negative reaction throughout the years.

   I started Benzoyl Peroxide (but i read this is a carcinogen) at night, every other night, and i clean it with lemon during the day. Everything has receded immediately and nothing new has popped up.
   I plan to keep using it for a while longer (box says no more than 2 months) and then continue with just lemon.
   I have no health insurance, or a job anymore for that matter, so i am going to wait till things improve.

Benzoyl Peroxide (5% w/w, 50 mg/g) that's what the box says and also has
Clindamycin (1% w/w, 10 mg/g)

Thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
On the sun exposed areas of the arms and legs porphyria cutanea tarda may cause blisters and skin fragility and erosions. Phytophoto reactions from limes,parsley and celery can also cause blisters on the dorsum of the exposed areas.Erythema multiforme may also cause acral blisters and target lesions.

I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
