Skin lesions and red spots and pimples

I am getting these infections 3 months after having sex with a girl who sleeps around. She says she took an hiv test 1 week and a half ago and was fine if i could believe her. I took one yesterday and am awaiting my results. Before a month i had a breakout of what i thought to be bed bugs after sleeping in a hostel bed which they say has no bed bugs. I am now growing itchy pimples on my legs and hands after moving to a new apt and i again thought it was the bed bugs or mosquitoes. I just noticed 2 lesions on my legs that seem to be something other than a mosquitoe. I am also growing red spots on my body that look a little bit like birth marks but are something else. Please tell me if it seems i have been infected or its my imagination or
