Skin problem

I have developed small blisters on the palms of my hands and fingers. My doctors can't seem to help because they think it is what is known as housewife hands. I told them both that I believe I have some type of fungal infection, but they said that is not the case. HELP.

That does look like classic, "housewife hands".  Do you wash your hands a lot, use bleach rags to clean, and do other actvities that your hands would be moist all the time??  If it is a fungal infection, the doctors would have probably used a swab to take a sample and send it to the lab.  Maybe they should have gave you some Ketoconazole cream to test on it to rule out fungus.  Im suprised they did not because ketoconazole is a safe easy treatment.  It is a common practice to use medicines to rule out certain issues.
