Skin rash/dermatitis?

Skin rash/dermatitis?

I have had a rash for some time now.  It comes and goes but lately, it has not been going away like it used to.  Mostly on my stomach/chest and sometimes on upper arms, neck and back.  It resembles hives (and I have had a LOT of stress) but its sometimes itchy, sometimes I barely I wouldn't even notice it except for how it looks.  Warm water, exercise and any kind of humidity seem to make it worse.  I have been diagnosed before with seborrhaic dermatitis but that was on my face and scalp.  Sugar also seems to aggravate it so I guess maybe it could be candida.  Any thoughts,,,please help.  I do not have insurance so I don't even know where to start.

Hi,

Are there other symptoms present? At  this point, try to avoid the triggers that may make it worse ( warm water, exercise, etc).  Identifying and avoiding these triggers is a start. Over-the-counter antihistamine may also help  relieve itching. If it persists, a visit to your doctor may be warranted for proper diagnosis and management. Take care and keep us posted.
