Skin rash extremely itchy?

I have this rash and it is extremely itchy. Its there in my armpits, and inner thighs. I don't think it is an STD because I'm still a virgin and I have not had any sexual relationships with anyone. I have attached some pics.

I scratched the area and the skin is now damaged and when I apply a deodorant it's very painful. I've used anti fungal and eczema treatments i bought over the counter, nothing seems to be working. my skin is very dry. any ideas ??? Please help me....

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be a fungal infection, eczema or sweat dermatitis. Wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical zinc oxide cream like Sudocrem, Desitin are very helpful(apply with a paper towel and not directly with hands).Application of mild steroid cream like dermacort also helps. For the itching please take some over the counter antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. In case the symptoms persist then antifungals may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
