Skin rash on the base of the penis after contact with vaginal fluids

Hi,after sex with my girlfriend, I get a skin rash on the skin around the penis and scrotum after contact with her vaginal fluid and most noticably after her orgasm. She is secreting a thin fluid and I get an immediate burning sensation, almost like an allergic reaction. The area then becomes red and itches. The symtoms last for days and weeks. Noticably itching most after a hot shower or activity causing any humidity in the groin area. Doesn't seem to go away completely and the skin appears dry and cracks easily, no noticable secretions nor spots, giving the appearance of a diaper rash. Skin seems to flake off like dandruff. The only relief I seem to find is washing throuroghly and rinsing with cool water and that seems temporary. I was giving "tri-derm" an antibacterial creme with seemed to eleviate some of the itching temporarily, but nothing that seemed to help in repeat contact. I have this problem only in contact with one person. I have been told it's most likely an allergy bt that sounds silly.

Allergy to vaginal secretions has been reported but is uncommon. More likely in my view is that you have mild dermatitis (eczema) that's aggravated by moisture and friction. Your doctor can make a specific diagnosis and prescribe an anti-inflammatory cream. Allergy testing can be considered if you don't get quick relief, but I think you probably won't need that.
