Skin rupture on soft skin below head(penis)

I am a 35year old male with out any disease. For the past few months, I'm suffering with burn or rupture on the soft skin between the regular skin and head(pennis). This happens after having sex. Is this any disease or can be cured. I feel shy to meet dermotologist. It gives burning sensation. I had never applied any lotions and any thing. Please suggest me how can cure this. I will very thank full to you.

the same thing happened to me after having sex with my virgin GF...you see, i'm above average (penis size) and my GF was a virgin and very nervous at the time...anyways, she was on top and she tried with all her might to take in my penis so her entire body weight was literally on my penis...thus, i finally had to push her away from me cuz the pain was unbearable.  and ever since that night (about a month ago), I've been experiencing minor pain on the right side of my penis (back part of the head) each time I touch it or rub against it...I can still have have sex and masterbate without any complications but, I make sure that I'm well lubed...the pain has gotten better however, I'm still not at 100%

Hi.  I am a 38 y.o. male and I recently suffered from small thin cut-like ruptures of the skin between my circumcision scar and the head of my penis, after wild sex.  I looked all over internet for info. since I was too shy to go to my doctor and followed the recommendations given in this same forum.  I cleaned my penis twice a day with oatmeal soap (while taking a shower).  Then, I dry my penis well with a sof towel and apply Neosporin (or any other triple antibiotic) cream on the cuts.  Do not use alcohol or witch hazel.  In a week I was healed.  Try to use lots of water-based lube when having intercourse and be gentle with your tool when you masturbate or used lube to avoid skin abrasions if you are too horny to be gentle.  LOL.  I hope you get better soon.
