Skin scarring

I have scars on groin and on my arms next to the arm pit. This scars start with a deep looking red scar and have trails of scars under the skin moving tword the elbow and on my legs these trails of scars are moving tword my knee. If you were to pull the skin a little you scan see all the scars that are hiding under the skin. These scars just showed up out of no where one day. They dont hurt just a little irritation. This scars are not in a cirle they look like trails on scars n many differnt lines. What could this be?
