Skin sore/lesion/papule?

Skin sore/lesion/papule?

4928703?1254369444
A few days ago I've noticed a small sore/lesion on the back of my left hand.
It was a little itchy at first but not at all after the first day or so.
The first picture (back of my hand) is recent and it's a picture of the sore almost healing.
It used to be slighty bumpier.

1. Is this a sign of an infection/STD/HIV?

Also, recently my leg started to itch.. I thought it was a bug bite but it does not look like one.
The second picture is of my lower right leg.

2. Is this a bug bite or something else?

Please help! I'm very worried.

Thank You!!

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be an insect bite. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. If the symptoms persist then topical or oral steroids may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

Thank you for your response!

It's been a few days now (without taking any medication or ointments)..
but they are slowly going away... So, I guess it's ok?

Thank you again!
