Skin tag or something else?

I noticed a small skin growth that looks sort of like a skin tag on my Labia Minora near the clitoris. It's about 2 mm long and I am very worried about it. It's the same colour as everything else (pink) and does not hurt or itch or anything abnormal. It may have been there before but I did not notice it.

Since it is not causing any pain or discharge, then it can be a skin tag only. It is a benign condition and you do not have to worry about it. These tiny skin growths generally cause no symptoms unless they are repeatedly irritated. Treatment options include removing with scissors, freezing (using liquid nitrogen), and burning (using medical electric cautery at the physician's office).
