Skin wont heal normally, indent in middle. flaky after shower?

My skin wont heal. Its on my nose. Its been a few months now. first it felt like a cystic pimple. it got infected i suppose there used to be some pus which i got rid of after a while. i also had blood bubbles there. Every night for over a month it would burst with some force..then fill up again during the day and at night burst again.. for a month. finally it began to heal, my dermatologist gave me called centany, an antibiotic thing.. he thought maybe the blood vessel got hit alittle... so its been healing..now it wont wont heal fully.The skin isnt normal looking. After I shower its a flaky white patch of skin. What im most annoyed about is the indent.. that area in the middle is sunken slightly and the skin there is smooth and theres no lines on the skin, just a shallow surface that wont heal. Im gonan put moisturizer on it this week to get the roughness out. ive been using neosporin.
SOmething about the blood i think caused this... because:
I had a simlair thing soemwhere else on me face last year. after 8 9 months.. it still remained the same(how my new one is now) and i had to get scar revision. I cut it out and stitched it together to get rid of indent. Anyone have a clue? Theres no other question like this one on here. Though even the dermatologist couldnt help me on this one last year as we resorted to surgery. Im gonan see a new derm next week i think for this new mess.
I try everything..
mederma, centany, neosporn, moisurtizer , tea tree oil, i stay away from hydrocort and benzoil peroxide btw
